Telescope Moon Terminator Tour ( bad edit see Terminator Tour 1 )

The Moon from my backyard sept 8th captured in HDV/1080i with my Canon HV20 and my 10″ 1200mm Skywatcher reflector on a dob mount,( not 8″ as indicated in the video, brain freeezzz ) I used a Bintel SV 30mm eyepiece with a 2″ ND 96 filter fitted to the eyepiece & a 49mm polarizer filter fitted to the camera, the HDV/1080i looks sharp as a tac on a HD big screen TV, I need a 2″ 18mm or less eyepiece to get the shots I really want I have a 2″ barlow X2, but I find the image quality drops when I use it,see “Terminator Tour 2″ when I upload it, I used the x2 barlow & you can see the image quality drop, anyone want to swap a 2″ Barlow X2 for a 2″ eyepiece ? 16mm would be nice

This outfit works really well to clip on the handrail of a shopping cart at stores, supermarkets, etc. and then you have a tracking dolly to make some smooth rolling videos. i’ve clipped this on my bicycle and used the bike as a tracking dolly also. Actually anything that rolls smoothly is good to use (wheelchairs work very well too).
